As an Account Executive, you’ll play a critical role in accelerating our expansion by identifying, developing, and closing new business with enterprise/PE/financial institutions legal and finance teams. You’ll engage directly with C-suite and executive-level decision makers: General Counsels, CFOs, and Corporate Secretaries, who rely on Fides to automate governance workflows and ensure compliance across global entities.
You’ll partner closely with LegalOn/Fides leadership, Business Development, and Customer Success teams to build a robust pipeline, close complex deals, and expand relationships with our rapidly growing customer base.
The ideal candidate has experience in Governance software, LegalTech or enterprise SaaS, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is eager to join a high-performing, mission-driven team defining the future of legal operations.
What you'll do
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities - this includes doing your own outreach, taking part in the community and joining conferences.
Drive deals from first contact through close, including discovery, demos, negotiation, and contract execution.
Collaborate with Business Development to target high-potential prospects and refine our go-to-market approach.
Manage and forecast pipeline activity using CRM tools with precision and transparency.
Build trusted relationships with GCs, CFOs, and legal operations leaders across industries.
In addition to Enterprise, focus on the financial industry / Asset Management and Private Equity / Hedge Fund space. Refine our go-to-market for those prospects and personas.
